Brakes - Manager - Strategy (4-6 yrs)

Job Summary:

- To contribute to business strategy and corporate planning in various verticals like M&A deals, Business process improvement, new initiatives across function, projects / assignments focussed on top line and bottom-line contribution, Improving business efficiency, Implementing and driving new processes to streamline existing processes.

- This role requires you to assist the Strategy Head by shaping the thought process for the group, development and implementation of new project initiatives and M&A deal related work.

Key Duties / Responsibilities:

- Ability to understand, decipher key business metrics and monitor from business strategy standpoint.

- Collaborate with various stakeholders to drive any initiative with tight deadlines.

- Drive the thinking and iteration process of strategy development.

- Assist in Group & Portfolio related Investments and Structuring; Coordinating across multiple external teams where needed.

- Monitor strategy implementation across departments / companies, propose corrective action when appropriate.

- Lead strategic projects involving cross-functional project teams.

- Conducting research to enable decision making.

- Collect market intelligence and do research based on primary and secondary data.

- Keep abreast of latest trends and opportunities in market / industry.

- Analyze customer and competitor insights to identify gaps in proposed / present strategy and propose possible improvements.

Education, Experience & Diversity:
