Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or operations management, preferably in the AI, IT, or outsourcing industry.

Skills:

- Proven ability to craft actionable strategies backed by data-driven insights.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Solid leadership experience in managing teams and cross-functional projects.

Technical Knowledge: Understanding of AI, machine learning, and data annotation processes is a strong advantage. Proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization software is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in AI-related industries, including data collection, annotation, transcription, or localization.

- Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives that delivered tangible business results.

- Familiarity with global markets and managing offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute short-term and long-term strategies to enhance our position in the AI services market, aligning with organizational goals.

Market Insights: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and client demands in AI data collection, annotation, transcription, and localization services.

Client Growth Strategy: Identify new markets, build strategic partnerships, and design strategies to attract and retain high-value clients.

Operational Optimization: Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, improve service delivery, and enhance efficiency in AI data operations.

Performance Tracking: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of strategic initiatives, providing recommendations for improvement.
