Job Description:

Our wealth of therapeutic area experience cuts across Oncology, Immunoscience, CNS, CV-Met, and Rare Diseases. We support our clients' needs in Primary Care, Specialty Care, and Hospital business units, and we have managed portfolios in the Biologics space, Branded Pharmaceuticals, Generics, APIs, Diagnostics and Packaging & Delivery Systems.
Brief Introduction:
- The key focus area for a Consultant will be to gain knowledge, skills and experiences to grow into roles and positions across functional areas like Strategy, Administration and Relationship Management.
- They will be working closely with the Management team, Founders/Directors and senior leaders within the organization.
- They should have the ability to work independently on new projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all the new projects that are aligned with the organization's vision and strategy and monitor the same.
- Assist and Co-ordinate in strategy planning exercises.
- Support expansion plans by researching current trends/business models.
- Coordinate with managers and senior management and learn to identify and apply vital business processes.
- Support the Management in communications by preparing presentations, email drafts etc.
- Manage communications with external and internal stakeholders.
- Research, Analyze and assist in managing large amounts of data for decision-making across functions.
- Participate in a variety of short-term tasks and projects to support organization growth.
- Develop, create and maintain content for online and offline platforms and send communications to the stakeholders periodically.
- Measure the performance of activities and campaigns and assess efficiency and productivity.
- Manage key initiatives and organize periodic reviews and assessments.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree from any stream.
- MBA Graduates preferred.
- Should have a minimum of 2 years of professional work experience (excluding internship/fellowship/volunteering).
- Must have excellent communication, listening and negotiation skills.
- Must be a strategic thinker, confident, assertive and have excellent computer and Presentation skills.
- Should possess ability to research, analyze and present data, think critically and explain complex information clearly and simply.
- Must be a self-starter with sound judgment, an eye for detail and be able to work independently and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Be willing to travel when needed and work in a growing organization.
- Should have excellent interpersonal skills with the poise, confidence and maturity to interact with a broad range of individuals and groups.
- Should be able to collaborate with a wide range of internal stakeholders.
- Must be a continuous learner with a reflective mindset and be willing to work on furthering the vision of the organization.
- The hired candidate will spend ~ 3 years in India learning the nitty-gritty of project execution, building a rapport with the offshore teams and the client.
- Post the 3 year "Incubation Period", the top candidates will be eligible and considered for long-term project placement in US/Europe and/or permanent relocation to US/Europe to be close to our business and clients.
- Alternatively, they could continue climbing the organizational ladder based out of our India centers.
