Brief Introduction: If you are keen to work on analytical problem solving, then work in the area of advance data analytics/sciences to provide consulting to pharmaceutical clients.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Project Management, Operational excellence, Business KPIs & Task Tracking, Team training, Product lifecycle management, and stakeholder management.
- Mentoring team to Design and develop cloud data warehouses and write complex queries to fetch data from multiple sources.
- Spearhead the process automation using SQL/Python/Other available technologies/ETL Tools etc.
- Develop applied analytics frameworks and models that help clients understand dynamic business issues and design analytic techniques primarily in excel, power-point or in SQL server, R, Tableau, Power BI, Visual Basic and to analyze the business need.
- Analyze different pharmaceutical / life sciences data sets like promotional data, claims data, electronic medical records, anonymous patient level data, prescription data & sales data.
- Communicate results to clients and onshore team members & clients.
- Develop client relationships and serve as an offshore key point of contact for the project.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of pharma / life science consulting job experience.
- High motivation, good work ethic, maturity, and personal initiative.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Adherence to client specific data privacy and compliance policies.
- Knowledge on various commonly used transactional data assets and others including.
- Volumes/ Value, Rx, Specialty level, Longitudinal Patient level data assets.
