Product Manager - Strategy & Roadmap (3-7 yrs)

Role outline :

As Product Head, the applicant will need to adapt their previous experience in B2B or B2C corporate software products to our rapidly developing purpose-driven employee engagement platform. Understanding and creating product vision, requirements collection, documentation, and prioritising competencies, as well as a passion for advocating the voice of the customer, are required for this job.

What you'll be doing :

- Determine and establish product goals that are in line with company strategic goals and consumer demands, and then utilise those goals to create the roadmap and prioritise product developments.

- Determine market requirements for current and future products/experiences collaboratively by doing research to identify consumer needs and creating the best solution(s) to match those needs in collaboration with UX and engineering.

- Act as the customer's voice and product expert inside the scrum team, delivering product vision and user stories to the team to ensure product features fulfil our customers' demands.

- Be responsible for the creation, maintenance, and prioritisation of the product backlog by balancing risk, value, learning opportunities, and dependencies.

- Monitor critical performance parameters to guarantee product performance and quality.

- Communicate the product vision, continuing risks, scope trade-offs, and timetable effects to stakeholders.

- Ensure that data is key to client success, product improvements and long-term strategy

What you should have :

- 3+ years of expertise in SaaS product management is essential, as well as shown success in establishing large-scale consumer facing solutions.

- Prior experience working with a software development team in an agile setting, as well as considerable expertise working with design on challenges with a high UI/UX emphasis.

- Expert level communication and influencing abilities with special expertise utilising them in cross functional situations

- Decision-making based on data and quantitative analysis abilities

- Understanding of fundamental programming and computer science principles. Specifically in area of cloud based development of Web Apps , API integration, understanding of engagement technologies such as Live video platforms, community building technologies, integration with payment gateways, integration with social network feeds, integration with enterprises with all its security and privacy concerns etc. will be highly desirable.

- Desire to collaborate with external and internal customer stakeholders to challenge assumptions, identify needs, use cases, and challenges to be solved in order to prioritise and deliver on roadmap excellence.

- A significant plus for startup experience
