Question Pro - Product Manager - Strategy & Roadmap (5-7 yrs)

Product Managers.

We are looking for a Product Manager (Product Delivery Manager) with a technical background and/or experience in the online research industry (qualitative or quantitative).

This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs, strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business teams to build impactful products.

Location : Pune.

Employment Type : Full-Time.

Experience Level : Mid to Senior.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own the product roadmap and de- ne features based on business needs, user feedback, and market trends.

- Work closely with engineering teams to de- ne technical speci- cations, prioritize backlogs, and ensure timely delivery of features.

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create seamless and intuitive user experiences.

- Engage with stakeholders (customers, sales, marketing, and customer success teams) to gather insights and validate product decisions.

- De- ne key product metrics, analyze data, and iterate based on performance and feedback.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.

- Drive product adoption and success through customer training, documentation, and go-to-market strategies.

Required Qualifications :

Prior experience as a Software Engineer, Data Scientist, or a Technical Product Manager.

- Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.

- Understanding of APIs, databases, and system architecture.

- Experience in qualitative or quantitative research platforms like Qualtrics, Typeform, SurveySparrow, SurveyMonkey, or a similar tool.-

- Familiarity with survey methodologies, analytics, and insights generation.

- Understanding of customer insights, feedback collection, and research methodologies.

General Requirements for All Candidates :

- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Trello, or similar.

- Familiarity with integrations (Zapier, API-based integrations, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.
