Job Title : Product Manager

Role Overview :

As an Product Manager at Staqu Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in the entire product lifecycle, from initial feature request analysis to final product delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new features and products from scratch, ensuring they meet the needs of our clients and adhere to the highest standards of quality. You will also be responsible for

technical documentation, client interaction, and managing escalations.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Feature Request Analysis:

- Gather and analyze feature requests from clients and internal stakeholders.

- Prioritize features based on impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment.

2. Requirement Gathering and Research :

- Conduct thorough research to understand market needs, trends, and competitive landscape.

- Gather and document detailed requirements from clients and internal teams.

- Translate business needs into technical specifications.

3. Product Development :

- Collaborate with senior product managers to define product vision and roadmap.

- Work closely with design, tech, sales, and business teams to develop new features and products.

- Own the research, development, and delivery processes for assigned products.

4. Technical Documentation :

- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for new features and products.

- Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

5. - Project Management:-

- Manage development cycles and ensure smooth, efficient workflows.

- Monitor progress and review development processes to minimize friction and optimize productivity.

- Facilitate regular meetings and communication between teams to ensure alignment and resolve any issues promptly.

6. Client Interaction and Escalation Management :

- Act as a point of contact for clients regarding product features and updates.

- Manage client interactions to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.

- Handle client escalations effectively, providing timely resolutions and maintaining strong client relationships.

7. Collaboration and Communication :

- Act as a liaison between different departments, ensuring clear and effective communication.

- Provide regular updates to senior product managers and other stakeholders on project status and key milestones.

8. Quality Assurance :

- Oversee product testing and validation to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Gather and incorporate feedback to continuously improve product offerings.
