No micro management, you get the freedom as per your own will, the teams are all sorted. No pressure. Good work environment. Very just company. They care for their employees. Very chill work culture. Work from anywhere.

Low salary structures. At times you yourself have to troubleshoot the client's technical issues rather than the tech team. The job of a Csm or an AM is to contribute in the revenue and not deal into technical stuff.

Initially when I joined company work culture was pretty good, was hired stating permanent wfh, normal 10 o clock login and 6 o clock logout, and the best perk half Fridays from June to September, no weekend headaches, leave policy good just need to mention over the mail for 1 or 2 days leave in case of long leaves priorly need to discuss for it, from last 1 year the scenario has changed there is increase in work pressure, they have switched to hybrid mode, and now planning for 5 days office A product based company with around 100-150 developer approx so easy to reach out to everyone and no formalities required to be done on daily basis as in MNCs like timesheet and the courses, work wise you will get good opportunity to learn On an average 10% hike provided every year Appraisal cycle is from Jan to Dec

Hire and fire specially it's tough for freshers to survive here, if you are not well sound technically, but in case of fire they do provide 2 months salary Normally if you work bit hard and smart easy to survive by any chance if you are placed in the workforce or admin(RevOps) team then life will become hell, coz workforce people they come daily to office early to come and late to go and for admin team manager is quite strict he will be providing his own estimation for the task which in 100% scenario is non achievable and expect from you to meet them On resignation they provide early release within 15-20 days So if at all need to exit plan accordingly and unlike other companies where on resignation period they expect only KT from you to juniors here that's not the case they will be expecting full time work from you

Job is not secure, if the company is not making revenue they start cutting jobs and if they are making high revenue they don't give bonuses. Too much politics on the Management level. Your knowledge will be stagnant at some point.

Only First few weeks are good after that seniors give you hell. When I first started I thought I made a right decision giving up another offer in-hand. My Senior/Trainer was a terrible person never talked straight to me always made me feel terrible. I was as fresher it was my first time working at a production level code. Everyday he make me feel like Shit. Eventually they fire me even though my Trainer/ Senior was incapable of giving training
