Role Description :

- Survey programming - Design, testing, quality-check, and deployment of surveys on QuestionPro platform

- Data processing, interpretation, and analysis

- Reporting - Create reports, dashboards, presentations, etc. based on surveys

- Customisations using JavaScript, HTML, CSS

- Work with clients and stakeholders to assist with delivery of survey-based projects

Skills Required :

- Expertise in using proprietary and 3rd party online survey software

- Proficient in data synthesis, data interpretation, and quantitative and qualitative analysis

- Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other programming languages

- Advanced skills in MS Office and other productivity solutions (i.e. Google doc, sheets, etc.)

- Basic knowledge of Market research, research methodologies, and statistical analysis (preferred)

- Experience in independently delivering projects

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver error-free output

- Ability to multitask, work with tight deadlines, and short turnaround time projects

- Self-motivated, disciplined, and can work independently with minimal supervision

- Good communication skills and ability to interact professionally with customers and stakeholders across regions globally

Experience & Qualification :

- 3+ years of experience in survey programming, market research, etc.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Market Research, Business/Data Analytics or equivalent

Work location & Timing :

Work location : Pune, Maharashtra

Onsite (full-time)

Night shift - 6 PM to 3 AM IST (based on project/client requirement)
