Naturals - Head - Retail (15-25 yrs)

Job Description:

- The Head of Retail will play a pivotal role in directing operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and maximizing profitability.

- Define retail strategies, priorities and business planning processes aligned with company objectives.

- Facilitate communication and maintain strong relationships with franchise owners.

- Implement and maintain retail operational policies and procedures to incorporate a sales plan, cost control and people management.

- Effectively negotiate commercial terms with Licensors, finalize agreements and implement cost-saving measures to maximize profitability.

- Identify current and future requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers or other people in a position to understand service requirements, creating a customer focused culture.

- Monitor sales performance against targets and take proactive measures to address any deviations.

- Proven experience in a similar retail leadership role within the food/QSR/Retail industry.

- Solid understanding of retail financial metrics and the ability to manage budgets, analyze sales data and drive profitability.

- In-depth knowledge of retail management best practices.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and obstacles that arise in day-to-day retail operations.
