Head - Human Resource - NBFC (8-15 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Mitigate reputational risks and enhance employer branding.

- Partner with leadership to implement policies supporting growth and diversity.

Preferred Candidate:

- 8+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering and HR Generalist.

- Diversity candidates preferred.

- Strong expertise in HR strategy and process implementation, with a solid understanding of the financial services industry.

- Exceptional interpersonal, relationship management, and communication skills.
