CRO (Chief Revenue Officer)


- A new age fashion brand is seeking a dynamic Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to drive revenue growth across sales, marketing, and customer success.


- This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies to achieve both short-term and long-term revenue goals.


- The CRO will collaborate closely with leadership to ensure alignment and optimize business performance.


- This role offers a clear path to transition into Chief Brand Officer (CBO), focusing on brand strategy and market positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Revenue Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.

- Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing team across sales, marketing, and customer success.

- Sales Growth: Identify new business opportunities and optimize sales channels for maximum impact.

- Customer Focus: Drive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction to increase revenue.

- Performance Analytics: Monitor and report on key metrics, counselling the team on strategy adjustments as needed to achieve targets.

- Brand Alignment: Collaborate with the brand team to ensure revenue strategies align with overall brand positioning.

Qualifications:

- 12+ years in leadership roles across sales (offline and D2C), marketing, or revenue functions, with a track record of driving growth in the fashion & lifestyle ecosystem.

- Strong strategic, financial, and leadership skills.

- Experience in a high-growth environment with a focus on scaling businesses.

- Ability to transition into brand strategy and lead brand initiatives as CBO.
