Position Overview:
Our client is looking for a Growth Strategist to be a key player in driving business growth across multiple sectors. The Growth Strategist will be responsible for creating and executing strategies to expand the customer base, improve retention and maintain a competitive edge in the market. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking, strong leadership, and a data-driven approach to help guide the company's growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive growth strategies that align with the company's long-term objectives.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new growth opportunities, including partnerships, acquisitions, and market expansion.
- Customer Acquisition & Retention: Develop and execute strategies to attract new customers and strengthen relationships with existing ones to maximize loyalty.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data analytics to improve marketing, sales, and operational efficiencies, driving better business outcomes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with teams across sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain to ensure alignment with growth objectives.
- Oversee Marketing: Manage and optimize marketing strategies, ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently in collaboration with external vendors.
- Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with growth goals.
- Market Insights: Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industry shifts to refine and adjust growth strategies.
- Innovation & Agility: Promote the adoption of new technologies and business practices that foster agility, efficiency, and innovation.
Key Skills & Qualities:
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to anticipate future trends and plan effectively for long-term growth.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams and drive business expansion, with experience in scaling businesses.
- Analytical Expertise: Strong experience using data to drive decisions and improve business performance.
- Cross-Functional Knowledge: Expertise in both B2B and B2C business models, with a track record of success in both.
- Customer Focused: A deep understanding of customer needs and how they drive business growth.
Desired Profile:
- MBA from a recognized institution.
- Significant experience in scaling businesses, especially in high-growth environments, is highly desirable.
- 8-10 years of experience in a large organization with a demonstrated ability to progress quickly within the company.
- Experience in entrepreneurial roles or working in start-up environments would be an added advantage.
