Roles & Responsibilities:
- We are looking for a Lead/ Manager - Talent Acquisition practitioner who has expertise in developing long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.
- Liaise with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Determine selection criteria
- Source potential candidates through conventional & contemporary channels.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in- person interviews
- Create strong talent pipelines for our company's current and future hiring needs.
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
- Lead employer branding initiatives
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Qualifications :
- Master's degree with Min. 8 years' recruitment experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
- Designation will be commensurate with expertise/experience.
