Job Description:
We are looking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Techno Head to lead our sales and distribution across India. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in strategic planning, Sales Team Automation system, sales management, and distribution channel optimization, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading large teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the sales operations for a diverse product portfolio (250+ SKUs) across the nation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead the optimization of sales processes, including the automation of sales, manpower, and supply chain functions, enhancing operational efficiency.
- Lead a team of over 200 sales professionals, managing a distribution network of more than 500 partners and servicing over 3,00,000 retailers.
- Spearhead the transformation of the distribution channel model to improve efficiency and market coverage, ensuring optimum reach across all retail outlets.
- Manage a significant annual revenue of , driving revenue generation strategies and monitoring performance against KPIs.
- Design and implement effective loyalty programs to enhance distributor and retailer engagement.
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to expand market depth and width, ensuring a comprehensive approach to primary and secondary sales growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technology solutions, such as Sales Konnect Automation (SFA) and Business Intelligence (BI) tools, to improve decision-making and business intelligence.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and internal teams, to ensure the success of sales initiatives.
- Drive continuous learning and development within the team, providing training and mentorship to cultivate a high-performing sales force.
- 20+ years of experience in sales, distribution, and business development roles, with a strong background in leading sales teams across India.
- Extensive experience in managing large distribution networks, with expertise in channel management, loyalty programs, and sales process optimization.
- Proven track record of achieving business results through strategic planning, execution, and leadership.
- Strong knowledge of sales automation tools, business intelligence platforms, and supply chain optimization.
- Excellent leadership, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing business environments and implement innovative solutions for business growth.
- A results-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
