- The Key Accounts Manager - E-Commerce is responsible for driving profitable growth for Mother's Recipe and other DFPL brands through E-Commerce platforms.
- This includes sales planning, leveraging digital marketing, managing marketplace operations, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Align E-Commerce initiatives with organizational goals for PAN India Modern Trade (MT) business.
- Identify new opportunities and outlets to drive business expansion.
- Analyze revenue potential and conduct forecasting for strategic decision-making.
E-Commerce Operations:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Track sales trends using analytics and perform web audits for performance improvement.
- Execute digital marketing initiatives and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
- Plan and monitor paid marketing campaigns, promotions, and partnerships on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, and others.
- Ensure accurate and compelling product descriptions on marketplace platforms.
- Leverage SEO, SEM, and other marketing tools to enhance product visibility.
- Foster strong relationships with E-Commerce accounts to establish DFPL as a premium supplier.
- Manage product updates, inventory levels, and budgets for E-Commerce activities.
Collaboration:
- Coordinate with Sales & Marketing teams to align E-Commerce strategies with broader sales plans.
- Partner with Finance & Accounts for budgeting, tracking profitability, and compliance.
- Work closely with Operations & Logistics teams for seamless order processing, inventory management, and timely delivery.
Customer Service:
- Address customer inquiries related to E-Commerce transactions and orders.
- Monitor service quality to ensure positive customer experiences.
Market Analysis:
- Research competitors' strategies and analyze market trends to stay ahead in the E-Commerce domain.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Analytical thinking with experience in forecasting and data interpretation.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and online marketplace management.
- Deep understanding of E-Commerce platforms and customer behavior.
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with key accounts.
- Team collaboration and budget management expertise.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA in Marketing preferred
