Our client is a renowned player in the FMCG space headquartered in Mumbai.
Role: Cluster Head - West
Reporting to: National Sales Head
Team: 4-5 direct reports with an overall team size of 40+ members
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share
- Achieve sales targets, volume growth and profitability objectives for the region
- Strengthen go-to-market (GTM) strategies to ensure strong retail penetration and brand visibility
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the regional distribution footprint
- Lead a high-performing sales team, including ASMs, SOs, and distributor sales reps
- Track market trends, competitor activities and consumer behavior to refine sales strategies
Preferred candidate:
- Experience in managing large teams and distributor networks across multiple states
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to sales & market expansion
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
