Essential Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline with 10+ years of professional experience in managing & supervising the work of general administration, procurement, Program Management etc. in Defence Forces/Government Department/PSU/Autonomous organisation.

Preferential Experience: Candidate having following work experience with in-depth subject knowledge will be given preference:

• Worked as head of section/unit for minimum 5 years for managing the work general office administration/ Capacity Building/ Program Management
• Having in-depth knowledge of procurement process on to GeM portal and GFR rules.
• Handled the work related to crisis management and disaster recovery plan for essential office services.

Mode of Appointment: Initially on contract of two (2) years. The period of contract can be extended/ curtailed depending upon the performance of the candidate and work requirement in NIXI.

Annual Salary Package: Rs. 1.35 to 1.50 Lakhs per month plus allowances as per companys policy. The salary is negotiable & may be fixed at higher slab than minimum (within the above salary bracket) in case of deserving candidate and/or to match their present salary package on the recommendations of selection / expert committee.
