Description:

• Formal training or certification on Capacity Management and 3+ years applied experience".
• Strong knowledge of one or more infrastructure disciplines such as hardware, networking terminology, databases, storage engineering, deployment practices, integration, automation, scaling, resilience, and performance assessments
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure disciplines such as: hardware, networking terminology, databases, storage engineering, deployment practices, integration, automation, scaling, resilience, and performance assessments
• Practical experience with managing or governing technology Capacity or other ITIL processes.
• Understanding of Midrange server(Linux/Unix/Wintel) capacity infrastructure.
• Working experience on projects or initiatives for Server capacity planning.
• Monitoring capacity violations/incidents and alerting on server resources, like CPU, memory, disk, and network using various APM tools.
• Problem management using remedy.
