• 👥 Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a top-performing team.

• ⚖️ Risk & Compliance: Ensure adherence to policies and data security.

🎯 Job Requirements

• 💼 Experience: 8-10 years in BFSI with 5+ years of managing a team of 50+ agents.

Preference will be given to Outbound sales experience,

• 🧠 Skills: Leadership, sales strategy, coaching, data analysis, and conflict resolution.
• 🎓 Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate
• 🕒 Age: 30 – 40 years
