Job Title: Corporate Communication Specialist

Qualification : Graduation/Post graduation

Skill Set :

- Presentation and Speech Preparation

- Preparing presentations and speeches for Joint Managing Director for interactions with various stakeholders, regulators, credit agencies, press, and during special occasions.

- Drafting presentation and talking points for meetings like board meetings, daily huddles, branch visits, etc.

- Crafting and managing the Joint Managing Director's messages to the organization, including speeches, emails, IOMs and other communications.

- Content Creation and Consistency

- Drafting content for various communications, including SMS blasts, WhatsApp blasts, EDMs, corporate social responsibility messages, and QFR/AFR messages

- Composing and sending letters and replies from Joint Managing Director to important stakeholders, as well as personalized letters to high-profile individuals on festive occasions like Onam and Christmas.

- Crafting responses to newspaper and magazine interviews

- Preparing messages from Joint Managing Director for school newsletters

- Ensuring consistency in messaging across all communication channels

Profile and Feedback Management :

- Timely and periodically updating Joint Managing Director's profile

- Implementing systems to gather employee feedback and address concerns.

- Overseeing the use of various internal communication channels, such as intranets, newsletters, and social media

- Developing and executing external communication plans during crises to protect the company's reputation and maintain stakeholder trust
