Key Responsibilities
Strategy and execution
- Implement comprehensive PR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Create content for flagship campaigns social media campaigns on LinkedIn, X
- Work closely with PR agency to build Panasonics brand externally
- Drive internal communications through effective campaigns, leadership communications, employer branding
- Manage media inquiries and create positive stories around Panasonic.
Internal communications:
- Manage and drive monthly morning meetings, Chairmans townhalls and other employee communications such as internal quarterly newsletter and employee pulse surveys
- Ensure key strategic messages are communicated through innovative methods
- Drive employer branding initiative for PLSIND
- Create videos scripts and other content for internal events CSR communications.
- Support CSR team in communications (press releases, social media campaign, key communication for employees and external stakeholders)
External communications:
- Create campaign plan and content for key flagship campaigns (eg, ESG campaign, e-waste campaign, PR campaigns for consumer products such as appliances and lifestyle products washing machines, cameras etc)
- Plan and execute traditional and digital PR activities (press release, digital campaign, media interactions, events wherever applicable) for new product launch
- Work with B2B and B2C product teams to support them in lead generation and awareness building activities (through lead generation campaigns on LinkedIn, creating key videos/creative assets, press releases and media interactions)
- Draft media invites, media kits, press releases, product launch collaterals and internal memos & communications (closely work with PR agency for the same)
- Collaborate with brand and marcom team to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels
