Role & responsibilities
1) Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
2) Conduct pre-joining formalities such as issuing offer letters, and reference checks, and maintaining candidate engagement.
3) Organize onboarding and induction programs to ensure a seamless integration of new employees.
4) Manage employment contracts and ensure compliance with company policies during the joining process.
5) Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and documentation in both physical and digital formats.
6) Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws, including PF, ESI, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
7) Keep up-to-date with labor laws to ensure organizational compliance and reduce legal risks.
8) Manage the entire employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, probation, confirmation, disciplinary actions, and exits.
9) Implement employee engagement and retention strategies to minimize turnover.
10) Handle employee grievances with sensitivity and ensure timely resolution to maintain a harmonious workplace.
11) Conduct regular site visits to engage with staff, address concerns, and promote effective communication.
12) Drive the performance management process, including setting objectives, conducting appraisals, and providing feedback.
13) Facilitate annual performance reviews and ensure transparent appraisal processes.
14) Collaborate with managers to identify employee development needs and recommend training programs.
15) Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies to ensure clarity and consistency.
16) Address employee queries related to compensation, benefits, labor laws, and organizational policies.
17) Prepare and analyze HR metrics, including manpower planning, employee attrition, and performance data.
18) Utilize HR analytics to provide insights and support strategic business decisions.
19) Offer administrative support for day-to-day operations to ensure organizational efficiency.
20) Serve as the primary point of contact for HR and administrative inquiries.
21) Plan and execute special events such as employee recognition programs, benefits enrollment, and company-wide celebrations.
22) Assist in payroll processing, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring timely salary disbursement.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall HR function and contribute to organizational growth.
