Role & responsibilities :

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the AgriTech industry.
• Manage end-to-end hiring for roles across technology, GIS, operations, and sales teams.
• Build a strong employer brand by engaging with candidates on LinkedIn and job portals.
• Conduct screening, interviews, and offer negotiations while ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Employee Engagement & Workplace Culture

• Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance feedback sessions, and HR policies training.
• Create a positive workplace culture by implementing team-building activities.

HR Operations & Compliance

• Maintain accurate employee records, payroll coordination, and leave management.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations in India.
• Handle grievance management and conflict resolution within teams.

Performance Management & Training

• Implement a structured performance appraisal system.
• Identify skill gaps and coordinate training sessions for professional growth.
• Work with managers to develop career progression plans for employees.
