Junior Project Manager

Role & responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution

• Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
• Create and manage project schedules, timelines, and milestones using tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
• Track progress, risks, and dependencies to ensure smooth project execution.

Stakeholder Communication & Coordination

• Act as the liaison between engineering, data science, GIS, and business teams.
• Facilitate team meetings, sprint planning, and status updates to ensure alignment.
• Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and external stakeholders.

Risk Management & Problem Solving

• Identify potential risks and bottlenecks in project execution and propose solutions.
• Ensure project documentation is updated and maintained for compliance and reporting.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Generate weekly/monthly reports on project status and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Develop PowerPoint presentations and project documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Education: Bachelor's/Masters in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Asana, Trello, MS Project).
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
• Understanding of AgriTech, SaaS, GIS, or AI-driven projects is a plus.
• Work Environment: Ability to work in a dynamic startup setting and handle multiple priorities.
