Job Description

Job Description: Junior Project Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager with 3-7 years of experience in managing multiple projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and a working knowledge of Angular , MySQL , Flutter , and other tools commonly used in project management. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for technology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Management :
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery.
Team Collaboration :
- Coordinate with developers, designers, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
- Act as the point of contact for project updates and communication between stakeholders and the team.
Technical Oversight :
- Work closely with development teams utilizing Angular , MySQL , Flutter , and other tools to ensure alignment with technical requirements.
- Monitor and support the development process, ensuring adherence to coding standards and project goals.
Quality Assurance :
- Ensure all projects meet high-quality standards by implementing QA processes and regular testing.
- Facilitate reviews, feedback sessions, and retrospective meetings.
Risk Management :
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Proactively resolve project issues and roadblocks.
Reporting and Documentation :
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, risk logs, and post-project evaluations.
- Present project progress and results to senior management and stakeholders.
Tool Utilization :
- Leverage project management tools like Jira , Trello , or Asana for efficient task tracking.
- Use collaboration tools like Slack , MS Teams , and Google Workspace for team communication.
- Manage databases and data analysis using MySQL and other relevant tools.

Requirements:

Education : Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
Experience : 3-7 years of experience managing multiple IT/software development projects.
Technical Skills :
- Proficiency in Angular , MySQL , and Flutter .
- Familiarity with REST APIs, cloud technologies, and cross-platform mobile development.
- Knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Project Management Skills :
- Strong understanding of project management tools like Jira , Trello , or similar platforms.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
Soft Skills :
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
Exposure to other frameworks like React, Laravel, or Node.js is a plus.
