Role & responsibilities :

UI/UX Design & Innovation

• Design engaging and intuitive UI/UX for web and mobile applications with a focus on global usability.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs to bring concepts to life.
• Implement user-centered design principles, ensuring a seamless experience for farmers, agribusinesses, and stakeholders.
• Innovate with new design approaches that cater to different agricultural markets worldwide.

User Research & Global Design Adaptation

• Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user pain points and improve design effectiveness.
• Adapt UI/UX designs to be globally accepted, considering regional preferences, languages, and accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with international teams to ensure designs are culturally relevant and effective.

Collaboration & Prototyping

• Work closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to translate requirements into effective UI/UX.
• Create interactive prototypes to showcase functionality and gather feedback before development.
• Maintain design consistency and ensure a seamless user experience across platforms.
