• Experience Level:
• Export Executive: 1 to 3 years of experience in international sales or export management
• Salary Range:
• Export Executive: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month
• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and export restrictions
• Documentation: Handling import-export documentation, including Bills of Lading, packing lists, certificates of origin, invoices, and commercial agreements
• Logistics Coordination: Arranging transportation of goods and negotiating freight rates and taxes
• Client Relationships: Building and maintaining relationships with international clients and partners
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
• Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products and network with potential clients
• Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and demand forecasting
• Identify new trends in the industry and recommend growth strategies
• Gather insights on regulatory requirements for new market entry
• Work closely with Regulatory, R&D, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery

General Expectations of Skills and Competencies:

• Proven experience in export management, preferably in the fish processing or seafood industry
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations and export documentation
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with ERP systems and export management software
• Relevant certifications in international trade or export management are desirable
