Job Title: Export Documentation Executive

Experience: 2+ years in export documentation

Qualification: Graduate in Commerce / Business / International Trade or relevant field

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage export documentation for international shipments, including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and certificates of origin.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, banks, and shipping lines to ensure timely shipments and smooth logistics operations.
• Handle BRC lodgment, payment follow-ups, bank lodgments, and customs clearance procedures.
• Ensure compliance with export regulations, LC (Letter of Credit) terms, and international trade laws.
• Maintain accurate records and update export MIS reports.
• Work closely with the sales, finance, and logistics teams to ensure seamless export operations.

Key Skills Required:

✔ Strong knowledge of export documentation, LC processing, and banking procedures
✔ Familiarity with INCOTERMS, international shipping norms, and export-import laws
✔ Excellent coordination skills with freight forwarders and banks
✔ Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple shipments efficiently
✔ Proficiency in MS Office & ERP systems
