Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and optimize chemical processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving process-related issues in production.
• Work closely with R&D and production teams to implement new process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
• Conduct process trials and data analysis to enhance plant performance.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation for process modifications.
• Support scale-up of new products from lab to plant level.
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams for smooth plant functioning.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of chemical process engineering principles.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of process simulation tools (Aspen, Hysis, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Ability to work in a team and coordinate with cross-functional departments.
• Awareness of safety protocols and industry standards.
