Export Documentation Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare pre-export shipment documentation, including export invoices, packing lists, and letters of credit.
  
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain necessary documents for exports (e.g., commercial invoice, certificate of origin).
  
• Ensure timely submission of all required documents to clients or freight forwarders.
  
• Monitor shipment status and resolve any issues that may arise during the export process.
  
• Maintain accurate records of exports, including tracking numbers and customs clearance details.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-2 years of experience in export logistics or related field.
  
• B.Com degree in Any Specialization.
  
• Strong knowledge of export documentation procedures and regulations.
  
• Proficiency in preparing various types of export documents (e.g., ATA Carnet, Certificate of Origin).
