Export Documentation Assistant

Role & responsibilities

Prepare export documents such as:

• Commercial Invoice & Packing List
• Bill of Lading (B/L), Airway Bill (AWB), DHL AWB
• Certificate of Origin & Shipping Instructions
• Manage post-shipment paperwork and submit required documents to the bank.
• Ensure timely submission of export/import documents to banks.
• Answer any questions related to EDPMS & IDPMS.
• Work with the team to solve any issues related to shipping documents.

Preferred candidate profile

* Basic knowledge of export/import documentation.

• Understanding of Incoterms (International Commercial Terms).
• Knowledge of international payment processes.
• Familiar with ERP systems and able to generate trade documents.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
