Role: Documentation Executive - Freight Forwarding

Nature of Business: Freight Forwarding - Logistics/Supply Chain

• Knowledge of Pre and post-shipment documentation.
• Coordination with CHA for shipment-related documentation.

Verify accuracy of invoices, bills of lading, and other shipping documents

• Coordination with shipping line directly for shipment related and documentation.
• Knowledge of Customs, DGFT, ICEGATE.

Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth cargo movement.

Knowledge in preparation of HBL, SI & VGM filing.

• Cargo dispatch and day-to-day CFS Updating, container movement.
• Knowledge of Bank related documentation.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Delhi - 110017, Near Khaz Khas Metro Station

Experience:

• Documentation Executive: 1-6 years (Preferred)
