Logistics Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated Executive in Logistics.

The ideal candidate should have:

- Basic knowledge of Import & Export documentation.

- Ability to prepare documents accurately and on time, such as:

- Commercial Invoice & Packing List

- Bill of Lading (B/L), Airway Bill (AWB), DHL AWB, etc.

- Certificate of Origin & Shipping Instructions

Skills needed:

- Knowledge of international payments.

- Understanding of Incoterms (International Commercial Terms).

Responsibilities:

- Handling freight forwarding and customs clearance.

- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping lines to ensure smooth clearance.

- Manage documentation, shipment planning, and dispatch coordination.

- Monitor shipment schedules and delivery status.

- Track shipments and maintain records of in-transit and delivered cargo.

- Post-shipment documentation and bank submissions.

- Ensure timely submission of export and import bank documents.

- Address queries related to EDPMS & IDPMS.

- ERP system knowledge.

- Ability to work on ERP systems for import/export tasks.

- Generate necessary trade documents using ERP.
