Job Description
Purchase requisition creation as per SOP,
- Prepare MIS, initial verification of service invoices, follow ups with P&M team for PO creation, APN creation.
-Coordinate with service providers time to time to get the Invoices & No dues certificate
-Preparation of draft approval of adadditional charges if require to process the bills with proper case history.
-Prepare the shipping document & submit to CHA timely as & when required.
-Update EGM, B/L draft approval
Familiar with MS Excel & basic functions, Knowledge of SAP, Good Communication skills/letter drafting skills, Basic knowledge of export documentation.
