Job Description
- Proficient in ERP/CRM/other business systems.
- Knowledge of SQL, data integration, and API management.
- Experience with system configuration and customization.
- To act as link between stakeholders and IT team for documenting business processes, developing, managing change and realignment of activities with ZOHO CRM and analytics environment.
- Manage CRM & mobility activities in-coordination with the field team.
- Support markets and dealers to meet highest level of customer satisfaction, efficiency and profitability.
- To participate & drive dealer productivity initiatives keeping organizational directive in mind.
- Regular training of dealers & sales team for usage and penetration of DMS/CRM system.
- Advance data analysis & MIS support to business users by leveraging MS Excel, CRM/DMS reports & Dashboards.
