Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Executive Assistant to
provide administrative support to our management. The ideal candidate will be proactive,
detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion. This role
involves managing calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and performing
various administrative tasks to ensure efficient operation within the organization.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and maintain managements schedules, appointments, and travel
arrangements.
2. Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events; including scheduling
attendees, booking venues, and handling logistics.
3. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other
documents.
4. Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents.
5. Attend meetings and take minutes when necessary.
6. Manage and maintain managements contacts database and ensure timely follow-up
on contacts made by executives.
7. Handle confidential information sensitively and with discretion.
8. Assist with ad-hoc projects as assigned if any
9. Liaise with internal staff at all levels and external stakeholders as needed.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role.
• Excellent MS Office knowledge and proficiency.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Discretion and confidentiality.
• Preferred qualification Office Management or any similar degree
