Logistics Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day Logistics Operation for domestics as well as International (Export/Import).
• Preparing Tax Invoice, E-way Bill & other required shipping documents. Preparing Agent Commission, Freight Sheet & Sales Report MLY/QLY/YLY.
• Negotiate and manage relationships with logistics service providers to ensure cost-effective and timely services. This involves negotiating contracts, ensuring quality standards, and timely deliveries. The logistics operations executive is the primary point of contact, fostering strong partnerships for operational success.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Internal & External Vendors. Monitor the movement of goods and ensure they are delivered on time.
• Arranging Transporter Bills along with POD of shipments & submit to A/c Department timely.
• Monitor and optimize the supply chain process. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

• Analytical Skills: Proficient in analysing data to improve logistics processes.
• Problem-solving: Ability to address challenges and find innovative solutions.
• Adaptability: Capable of adapting to changing situations in a dynamic field.
• Negotiation Skills: Effective negotiation skills for vendor and supplier management.

Preferred candidate profile

Education: B. Com/M. Com / MBA

Other Skills: Good Knowledge of computer specially Excel, ERP/SAP
