Export Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Track shipments from product samples to final stock delivery, ensuring timely execution.
• Prepare and maintain export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping details.
• Communicate with international clients via email, responding to queries and providing shipment updates.
• Prepare and manage export reports in Excel, tracking shipments, costs, and order status.
• Ensure accurate packing list preparation for shipments.
• Work closely with the production and warehouse teams to ensure on-time dispatch of goods.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in export coordination/logistics, preferably in footwear, fashion, or manufacturing industries.
• Strong knowledge of shipment tracking, export documentation, and international logistics.
