Responsibilities: Recruitment and Onboarding:

• Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
• Conduct orientation programs for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization

Employee Relations and Compliance:

• Address employee grievances and resolve workplace conflicts in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and statutory requirements
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation

Training and Development:

• Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
• Track training effectiveness and provide feedback for continuous improvement

HR Administration:

• Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration
• Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives, such as recognition programs and wellness activities

General Expectations of Skills and Competencies:

• Proven experience as an HR Executive in the food processing or manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficiency in HR software and tools for payroll, performance management, and recruitment
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work in a plant environment, including occasional exposure to cold storage areas
• Willingness to travel within the plant premises and attend off-site meetings as required
