Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
Collaborate with Regional Managers/Business Heads to identify workforce requirements and align with organizational goals.
Work with talent acquisition partners to source top-tier talent.
Conduct candidate reviews, interviews, and offer rollouts in line with budgets and organizational needs.
Talent Management:
Oversee the performance management process across the assigned region, including goal setting, reviews, and evaluations.
Ensure a robust succession planning process and talent development.
Address low performer issues, track improvement, and develop performance improvement plans.
Conduct assessments for all levels and critical transitions.
Drive employee engagement through surveys, analyze results, and implement corrective actions.
Provide coaching and guidance to regional managers on people development.
Business Partnering:
Identify and implement efficiency and effectiveness opportunities.
Maintain regular touchpoints with employees and leadership across assigned business groups.
Address front-line attrition through data analysis and corrective action.
Support sales offices with visits, employee interactions, and sales reviews.
Interpret and implement HR policies, address employee queries, and resolve issues effectively.
Oversee payroll processes for third-party employees and ensure timely salary disbursement.
Capabilities & Requirements:
Educational Qualification: MBA in HR or a related field.
Experience: 4-6 years of HR business partnering experience in the BFSI sector.
Sector Expertise: Proven exposure to the broking, banking, insurance, or mutual fund industry.
Skills:Strong business acumen and understanding of HR concepts and evolving practices.
Drive for results, with a proven ability to meet targets.
Ownership, problem-solving, and action-oriented mindset.
Ability to create value through employee engagement and retention strategies.
