Job Description
- Identify new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.

- Lead negotiations and close deals with prospective clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the organization.

- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in business development and sales.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
Requirements- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
