We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our IT company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in business development in the IT industry.
Experience in IT organizations with 1+ year is preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Knowledge of the IT industry and emerging technologies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in MS Office and Upwork.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES :
Generate business via portals like Upwork, Guru, PPH, Freelancer, etc.
Identify and research new business opportunities and potential clients in the IT industry.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, and identify new opportunities within those accounts.
Build and manage a sales pipeline to achieve sales targets.
Work collaboratively with the technical team to develop proposals and deliver solutions to clients.
Attend industry events and conferences to generate leads and build relationships.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth.
Negotiate and close deals with clients to achieve sales targets.
Provide regular reports on sales activity and progress towards targets.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.
