Job Description
- Lead Generation Conversion Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels such as networking, emailing, referrals, social channels etc.
- Pitching Presentations Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value of our services.
- Client Meetings Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to discuss their needs and how our offerings can meet them.
- Follow-ups Regularly follow up with leads to maintain interest and drive the conversion process.
- Sales Strategy Collaborate with the sales and founding team to develop and execute effective sales strategies that align with company goals.
- Market Research Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Reporting Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including lead tracking, meeting notes, and sales reports.
- Experience 1 year of experience in business development or sales.
- Location Must be based in Mumbai.
- Education Minimum qualification should be a graduate. An MBA will be preferred.
- Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Presentation Skills Strong ability to create and deliver engaging presentations tailored to client needs.
- Time Management Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.
- Team Collaboration Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to shared goals.
- Self-Motivated Highly motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
