Job Description
DESCRIPTION :
We re looking for a skilled and passionate WordPress Developer to join our team! In this role, you ll take the lead in crafting and maintaining exceptional websites for our diverse clientele, leveraging your expertise in WordPress s core software, front-end, and back-end development. If you re a creative problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and a drive to deliver innovative digital solutions, we d love to have you on board.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- 2-4 years of experience in WordPress development
- Proficient in PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design
- Understanding of SEO principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment)
- Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, network analytics tools
- Experience with managing hosting environments and domain registration
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to educate peers and stakeholders on WordPress functionalities
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES :
- Design, implement, and manage websites using WordPress
- Customize themes and plugins to meet client requirements
- Maintain well-documented, reusable, and transferable code
- Ensure high-performance and availability of websites
- Collaborate with project managers and design teams to plan, develop, and deploy content
- Manage front-end and back-end website development
- Create WordPress plugins and themes from scratch when necessary
- Maintain website security and troubleshoot and resolve website issues
- Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability
- Provide technical support to clients and team members
- Stay abreast of new developments in software, trends, and practices
