Job Description
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth for the Rx vertical.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify opportunities for product differentiation and market expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including healthcare providers, pharmacies, and distributors, to drive product adoption and market penetration.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals and deliver superior customer service.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, medical affairs, regulatory affairs, and other departments to ensure alignment of commercial strategies and tactics.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, market share data, and customer feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and sales initiatives.
- Prepare and present business reviews, sales forecasts, and performance reports to senior management on a regular basis.
Requirements
- 5+ Years of experience
- Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets, driving market share growth, and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
