R&D Compounding

Accurately prepare and compound raw materials following established protocols, batch records, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Conduct stability and efficacy testing on new formulations, analyze data, and document results to ensure product quality and compliance with industry regulations.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, regulatory, and production, to align on product specifications and timelines.

Stay updated on industry trends, ingredient innovations, and consumer preferences to inform product development and formulation strategies.

Maintain thorough records of formulations, procedures, and testing results in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Identify and troubleshoot formulation issues, recommending adjustments to optimize product performance and quality.

Must maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive research data & proprietary information, throughout all stages of the R&D process
