Job Description:

- The incumbent would be ideating, developing new product for the Indian market in the assigned category/segment by building a pipeline based on Consumer Insights for the leading FMCG organisation.

Description :

- Responsible for managing the future innovation projects and will be accountable to steering the projects through Innovation Stage Gate by liaising with different stakeholders.

- Develop equity/brand growth strategies with understanding of shopper trends and insights.

- Creative problem-solving abilities to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to maximize brand exposure.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of branding initiatives.

- Lead concept development with functional teams.

Profile:

- At least 5-6 years of Marketing experience in Brand Innovation in consumer goods / BPC industry

- Experience in successfully launching new products at scale

- Experience with working with data / analytics to build business and consumer hypothesis
