Key Responsibilities:
1) Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Oversee and manage the entire employee lifecycle for a designated population, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience from onboarding to offboarding.
- Maintain a strong focus on employee satisfaction, process efficiency, and continuous improvement of HR operations.
2) Collaboration with the Head of HR:
- Partner closely with the Head of HR to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with business objectives.
- Ensure the HR function plays a strategic role in driving overall business success.
3) Talent Acquisition & Management:
- Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract and hire top talent.
- Oversee performance management, employee development, succession planning, and retention strategies.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and career growth..
4) Compensation & Benefits:
- Act as the key subject matter expert on Compensation & Benefits programs.
- Maintain and update job profiles, organizational structures, and compensation frameworks.
- Ensure effective implementation of C&B programs that support career progression and align with the organization's talent strategy.
5) Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Promote an inclusive and diverse workplace where employees can thrive.
- Develop and implement employee relations and engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
6) Labour Law Compliance:
- Provide expert guidance on labour laws and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and mitigate potential legal risks.
7) Workforce Planning:
- Lead workforce planning and recruitment efforts to support business growth and future talent needs.
- Align workforce planning strategies with corporate goals.
8) HR System Administration:
- Serve as the Super User and primary administrator of the HR system (Hubdrive).
- Ensure system optimization, maintenance, and alignment with organizational needs.
- Manage system upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and provide training and support to users.
9) HR Reporting & Data Analysis:
- Develop and maintain key HR metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools using Business Intelligence platforms.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support decision-making, identify trends, and assess the impact of HR initiatives.
10) Executive Support:
- Prepare presentations, reports, and talent analyses to support senior management decision-making.
- Provide data-driven insights to enhance HR strategies and initiatives.
Key Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Law, or a related field.
- HR Experience: Extensive experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in an international environment, with a strong track record in HR systems administration, data analytics, and C&B management.
- HR Technology & Analytics: Hands-on experience with HR Information Systems, BI tools, and C&B management platforms.
- Compensation & Benefits Expertise: In-depth knowledge of C&B programs, job profile management, and career frameworks, with the ability to align them with business goals.
- Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive and practical approach to resolving HR system challenges and optimizing HR processes.
- Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Strong ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization, provide training, and communicate complex information.
- Labour Law Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of labour laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance and provide legal guidance to management.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
