Job Description :

- The Solutions Specialist will play a foundational role in building robust content creation and documentation standards for the Knowledge Management functions within COE. The role offers opportunities to engage with stakeholders, establish content management practices, and generate metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Description:

- Project-manage workshop-related documentation efforts including requirement gathering, coordinating with identified SMEs and leads, tracking timelines, and managing deliverables to ensure high-quality output.

- Create detailed and well-structed training-related documentation such as process manuals, summaries, and FAQs, to disseminate knowledge effectively and consistently within teams.

- Develop standards and templates to capture organizational information based on stakeholder requirements with accuracy and clarity.

- Manage the lifecycle of knowledge assets, including categorization, tagging, version control, updates, and archiving within a centralized repository.

- Conduct quality assurance reviews of documents to maintain precision and adherence to established practices.

- Collaborate with stakeholders, including trainers, subject matter experts, and team leads, to gather inputs, address feedback, and align documentation standards with business objectives.

- Prepare periodic reports on content utilization, user engagement, and assess feedback to identify areas of improvement.

Profile:

- 3-5 years in content creation, editing, proofreading, documentation, with a background in Knowledge Management or similar domain

- Strong attention to detail, excellent writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.

- Experience with content management systems, knowledge management principles, and reporting methods.

- Proven PMO skills, including tracking deliverables, stakeholder coordination, and managing timelines.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and manage expectations independently.

- Proficient in MS Office Suite.

- Process-oriented mindset with a quality-focused approach to content creation and documentation.

- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities independently.
